Terms of Service

1. Definitions

  • ProjectInbox: the SaaS service offered by ProjectInbox B.V.
  • Customer: the natural or legal person who takes out a subscription.
  • User: a person who has access to the Customer's environment.
  • Environment: the project management environment created by the Customer.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all agreements between ProjectInbox B.V. and the Customer regarding the use of the ProjectInbox service. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

3. Service

ProjectInbox offers a cloud-based application for email management and project linking. We aim for 99.5% availability per year, excluding scheduled maintenance.

4. Subscription and trial period

  • A 3-day trial period gives access to all features at no cost.
  • After the trial period the environment is no longer accessible until a paid subscription is taken out.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled monthly.
  • Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

5. Payment

Payment must be made before the start of the relevant period. In case of non-payment ProjectInbox reserves the right to suspend access to the environment until payment is received.

6. Use of the service

The Customer is responsible for the use of the service and the data entered. It is not permitted to use the service for unlawful purposes, spam, or infringement of third-party rights.

7. Data ownership

All data entered by the Customer remains the property of the Customer. ProjectInbox processes this data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Liability

ProjectInbox is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit. Liability is in all cases limited to the amount the Customer has paid in the preceding three months.

9. Cancellation and termination

The Customer may cancel the subscription monthly. After cancellation the environment remains accessible until the end of the paid period. Afterwards data is retained for 30 days, after which permanent deletion follows.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Amsterdam.
